tekmarNet House Controls & Gateway Controls

Offer no-charge application training on the following:
tekmarNet HOUSE CONTROLS
Designed to operate all of the mechanical equipment in a residential hydronic heating system and coordinating their operation through network communication. Used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard with an on/off boiler, to mutliple radiant floor zones with a modulating/condensing boiler. Capable of controlling a single on/off, dual stage, or modulating boiler, domestic hot water, setpoint loads, and can connect up to 24 zones.
Model 400 controls 4 on-board zone valves. Model 401 controls 4 on-board zone pumps.
For appplications containing fan coils or a mixing device our Model 402 for zone valves and our Model 403 for zone pumps will be discussed.
GATEWAY - Automation & Remote Access Controls
Model 485 - tekmarNet Internet Gateway - WiFi/Ethernet allows remote access to tekmarNet compatible controls via a web browser, either over the Internet or through a local area network. Users can view and change settings for each thermostat, including: temperature, heat/cool/auto, fan operation, relative humidity, schedules, and the away scene, as well as boiler system temperatures, firing rate, run times, and pump status. Receive via email status reports, as well as error and warning notifications. Includes three alert inputs that can be used to monitory auxiliary equipment.
Model 482 - tkemarNet 4 Gateway provides RS 232 serial communication between tekmarNet thermostats and third party home automation systems. The third party automation system is able to monitor and adjust any of the thermostat's heating, cooling, and ventilation fan settings. Through the use of third party device drivers written for this product, tekmarNet systems are fully integrated into home automation systems.
